Responibilities:
· To promote company’s image through attitude, knowledge, customer orientation and responsiveness to customer’s needs
· To coordinate the classification of all documents (e-mails, faxes, reports)
· To solve all the travel requests in the company in a promptly and precisely way
· Events organization: management visits, team meetings, and yearly events.
· Budget and contracts follow-up
· Responsible for the human resources sector
