Production Manager

Supervise the production process of a shirt manufacturing plant and obtain good results using efficiently all the available resources
• Relevant experience in the manufacturing production steps: cutting models, sizes, furniture’s
• Organize the production process: planning’s, time estimations, cost estimations, human resources estimations etc. and profitableness proposals
• Relevant experience in planning the steps of manufacturing: montage process, finishing process, ironing process, quality checking process, packing etc
• Supervise the deadline and prepare the transports for all the operations according to the contract specifications
• Coordinate the employees and supervise their activity with the purpose of developing the performance level and product quality

• Technical university degree (preferably textile industry)
• Electronic and technical machines knowledge
• Very strong management experience developed in industrial environment preferably – international / competitive standards – min 5 years
• Stocks management experience
• Very good decisional capacity, strong planning and team motivating / leadership skills
• Very good communicating skills (natural capacity to lead and communicate with different people) dynamic
• Quality and result oriented
• Good French and English knowledge, German is an advantage
• Good PC – MS Office knowledge
• Available to work in S-E of the country
• Minimum 3 relevant references
