Database developer

• Education & skills:
- bachelor or master degree in computer science or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of experiences with SQL Server, Transact - SQL
- experience in Data Warehouse design and development (data marts)

• Advantage:
- Knowledge in MS Analysis Services (OLAP cubes)
- Knowledge in MS Reporting Services
- experiences with dislocated software development teams
- requirements analysis: clarification of details for business requirements with the customer

• Soft skills:
Languages - speaking and writing English fluently
Communicative team player
Willingness to learn and commitment
Keen sense of quality and precision
Presentation skills, very good time management
Problem solving skills, interested in innovate ideas and technologies
Initiative, flexibility, implementation skills, proactive approach

• Your tasks:
- analysis of solutions & sparring partner for business analysts
- data mart design, development of ETLs and reports
- technical quality assurance and improvement of existing applications

• Overall purpose of this job:
Responsible for development of Data Warehouse backend and frontend. Ensuring the quality of the software and non-functional requirements (security, performance, availability or scalability)
Actively working together with other teams and the business requisitioners
Supporting the team in preparing releases and the rollout
