| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Required
-Technical university degree
-Good level of English
-Two years of experience in all of the following: IT support, TCP/IP anD other networking protocols (UDP, ICMP, IPSec, GRE, SSH, SMTP, HTTP, FTP)
-Good understanding of network protocols and IP connectivity
-Networking concepts and components (DNS, DHCP, NAT, Firewall, Switches, Routers)
-Comfortable with all aspects of system administration (i. e system installation and configuration, system security, installing third party software, system troubleshooting)
-Data communication technology (Leased Line, Ethernet)
-Avaya Voice systems is a plus
-CCNA or above is a plus

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Job description
-provide operational support to local network and voice infrastructure.
-Network infrastructure includes Cisco routers, Cisco routers, Cisco PIX firewalls, Juniper Netscreen Firewalls, Extreme Switches. Voice infrastructure consists in Avaya PBX, Media Gateways, CMS, Audix Voice Mail, IVR
-Implementation of changes following company standard and with support from the global teams
-Active participation in network infrastructure capacity planning
-Ensuring effective utilization of the network resources
