| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
- University degree;
- Minimum 2 years experience in administrating commercial or marketing projects is required (ideally in Trade Marketing or BTL field);
- Good PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Knowledge of English, good level, both written and spoken (it’s a must);
- Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic & charismatic, organized, open & proactive, able to take responsibilities and initiatives;
- Driving license is a plus (is not mandatory).

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
JOB RESPONSABILITIES:
- Ensuring in time to the sales force the information regarding marketing activities;
- Developing and communicating the monthly sales action plan;
- Animating the sales force on a weekly basis according to the sales plan;
- Organizing the sales Force Conferences;
- Developing and implementing the contest for sales force.
