JUNIOR BUSINESS SYSTEM ANALYST SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Education: University degree (Economic or IT related or Cybernetics)
Experience: 2 years-previous experiences in at least one of the following business: order to cash, sales.
Competencies:
- Willingness to work in an IT department as an internal business analyst consultant;
- Relevant understanding and knowledge on business; environment for FMCG can be an advantage;
- Ability to translate business requirements into conceptual and specification perspective models-business processes;
- Programming skills are an advantage;
- “Customer oriented” approach;
- Analytical mind, pragmatic and yet challenging thinking;
- Proactive & good communication skills;
- Experience from a ERP Implementation or Roll out Project is an advantage;
- Knowledge of SAP related modules is an advantage.

PC skills: Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

Languages: English language, good level, both written and spoken

Job scope: Support the business by documenting and optimizing business processes and maintain them in the Application Systems.

Job responsibilities:
- Apply the Corporate and Company methodology and policy in each project;
- Self-initiates recommendations for business processes improvement;
- Participate in team projects and eventually manage own projects;
- Manage the relationship with client departments;
- Contributes to the business processes design, development, and implementation within the Application Systems (mainly SAP R3);
- Manage the relationship with related service providers;
