Education: University degree
Experience: 3- 5 years previous experience in sales FMCG (multinational company is a plus) /
minimum 2 years experience in similar position;
Competencies:
-Ability to achieve results effectively; proactively and initiative skills;
-Very good Organizational Skills
-Good communication skills, leadership, capability to build high performing teams;
-Customers Oriented Approach
-Determination, flexibility
PC skills
Driving License
Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
B category
Languages: English language, good level, both written and spoken (it’s a plus!)

JOB SCOPE: The overall purpose of the job is to manage the specific sales activities and the sales team, (Presellers, Merchandisers, Delivery Drivers, CLVs) in order to insure the development of Danone Sales in the area.

JOB RESPONSABILITIES:
-Develop the business in the assigned territory;
-Manage the clients business in the assigned territory;
-Follow-up the cash flow, and all other working procedures;
-Manage the sales force;
-Adapt and implement the company sales strategy;
-Implement KPI’s of the Sales Force;
-Recruit, train, develop the sales team.

Reports to: Regional Manager- East Romania
