BUSINESS SYSTEMS MANAGER

Requirements:

- University degree;
- 5 years-previous experience in similar positions;
- Strong technical competencies:
* SAP, (with advanced experience in MM and PP modules)
* Specific methods for performing business analysis, software design, documentation.
- Strong communication skills; Initiative skills; People management skills;
- Planning & organizing/priority setting and project management skills;
- Ability to perform well under stressful deadlines & situations;
- Self-driven, able to operate effectively in both autonomy and under supervision.
- “Customer oriented” skills;
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project);
- English language, good level, both written and spoken.

Job responsibilities:

- Manage and Co-ordinate IS Projects;
- Manage the Business Systems Analysts;
- Responsible for reliability of IS/IT solutions and for their integration in the whole integrated information system of Danone Romania;
- Is involved in technical and application architecture elaboration with others BSM and IT/IS Manager;
- Ensure technical watch in his area and IT department, inform the other IT people about the news;
- Offers advice in terms of organisation (IT and Business departments);
- Apply and in charge of checking the good execution of Corporate and Company methodology and Policy in every Project;
- Manage the budget (with IS/IT manager).
