| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Corel, Illustrator, Flash (additional design software is a plus)
- English must be good
- Solid web layout and design skills with an emphasis on user-focused design principles.
- Strong skills in printing, layout, color theory, and corporate branding.
- Strong understanding of Web Design conventions and best practices.
- Understanding of how design affects site performance and load time, and how to optimize.
- Strong creative and visual skills with an eye for detail. Good Illustrative skills a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently as well as with a group.
- Ability to work in a team environment, as well as alone once the project objectives have been defined
- Must show online portfolio of work

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- very talented graphic artist/web designer candidate.
- at least 2 years of experience in web design, Flash design and Print design experience is a plus.
- good HTML knowledge
- Designer will work closely with Web Development team, as well as with clients.
- Designer will be responsible to design and produce websites from concepts to implementation,
- graphic interfaces, interactive projects and print advertisements.
- Designs should be original and should incorporate elements of visual appeal, usability, and navigation.
- Designer must be an excellent team player and demonstrate strong creative design skills, as well as dedication and desire.
- portfolio is a MUST !
