Logistics Assistant

• Processing sales orders & delivery inquiries from customers
• Contact with forwarding partners, organization of transports and coordination of customs clearance
• Outbound delivery from local terminal to customers
• Communication with Vienna Headquarter for availability & purchasing
• Invoicing to customers
• Local stock control

• Several years experience in supply & logistics preferably in an international trading company
• SAP experience (SD / MM) is a major advantage
• Good communication & organisational skills, pro active customer minded approach
• Flexible and team player
• Good English skills
