| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements:
- University degree
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience in a (project) management position
- Good knowledge of marketing
- Proven team management and coaching abilities
- A proactive person with strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to plan effectively and work under pressure
- Team spirit and leadership skills
- Goal-oriented, dynamic and self-motivated person
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Job Responsabilities:
- Organize, coordinate and develop the department activity
- Develop and implement long- and mid-term business plans for the department
- Responsible for the success and management of the deparment projects to meeet an established budget and deadline
- Enforce company policies, processes and procedures;
- Monitor, coach and motivate team members in order to acheve performance progress
- Periodically evaluate team members' performance |
