| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Our client is a German based company, with a tradition of over 60 years in producing equipment for gardens (pesticide applicators, lawn tractors, blowers and cultivators), and with a foot print in more than 90 locations worldwide.
For the company’s office in Pitesti, we are looking for an excellent finance professional, who will control all the financial aspects of the business in Romania and will report directly to the headquarters.
Requirements:
■ University degree in Finance / Controlling
■ Excellent business awareness and ability to lead a team to success
■ Minimum 5 years experience in the Finance field as Controller/Business Analyst/Chief Accountant preferably in a multinational company
■ Management experience in a multinational company or a medium sized company with international exposure
■ Fluency in English and/or German
■ Knowledge of Ciel Software – advantage

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
■ Keep control of costs and commercial contracts
■ Participate in meetings with clients, negotiate contracts and set up terms of collaboration
■ Report on performance of the business and make recommendations for the optimization of policies and procedures
■ Perform economic analysis, evaluate financing and investment effectiveness
■ Prepare weekly and monthly management reports, based on financial, commercial and sales information
■ Control of all processes in the company (purchasing, contracting, etc) and obtain approval from the German headquarters
■ Prepare and review yearly budgets and quarterly forecasts on the required level.
