• Work closely with the other departments in providing guidance and ensuring accurate and timely input for the building of the plan
• Work with the team in constructing the budget and in coordinating the budget between departments
• Improves the planning process in order to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Prepare reports and analysis to the local and group management explaining the country performance versus plan and last years
• Control the plan by monthly analysis of the variances through communication with the budget owners
• Set the planning schedule together with the team
