CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

• A BA degree in economics or BSc in technics.
• At least five-year experience in a managerial position.
• Fluent in Hungarian and English.
• Knowledge in computer technology as user.
• Category B driver's licence is compulsory, category C is an advantage.
• Experience in vehicle commerce is a must.
• Market knowledge concerning lorries is an advantage.
• Excellent managing skills, good organization skills, high initiative and dedication


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

• Representing the parent company on the market
• Developing, proposing and implementing the sales strategy at a national level
• Planning and organizing the investments, events and dealers openings
• Controlling the marketing of vehicles
• Creating the annual sales plan
• Finding key partners and building up contacts
• Starting the distribution of parts and the repairing service
• Developing the company in order for it to occupy a significant position on the Romanian vehicle market
• Finding new business possibilities, market development
• Developing and leading the sales team
