CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Orange Business Services is looking for dynamic and self-motivated people meeting the following requirements:

- Good knowledge of the networking environment
- Good knowledge of Internet protocols (TCP/IP)
- Knowledge of CISCO and integration services business would be preferable.
- Knowledge in open-source environment and C++, PHP, Java programming is a plus.
- Ability to work accurately, even under pressure, in a busy customer-focused department.
- Ability to manage priorities across multiple tasks.
- Good telephone manner, customer service orientation.
- Self-motivated, customer focused and a team player. Keen to progress


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Department - Customer Services & Operations

About the role:
- To support and fix customers’ incidents related to communication products and services sold by our company.
- Leverage customer support team’s effectiveness through personal expertise.
- Support local business unit in developing IT & C projects.
- Working hours Mo - Fri in two shifts; 7:00 - 16:00 and 12:00 - 21:00
- On call support out of business hours (a week, by rotation with other team members)
- Valid driving license
- Romanian language support is mandatory
