RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

As a customer support specialist you will be in charge of…

- For the beginning you will be offering post sales support for those customers that are using automotive products; Gradually you will be involved in other customer support projects.
- Resolving effectively and timely the incoming incidents to build customer satisfaction and loyalty;
- Offering quick and to the point solutions to customers, based on an in-house developed knowledgebase and on all relevant provided documentation;
- Striving for one-call resolution of customer issues;
