Customer Support Representative on German

The ideal candidate would be smart, curious, eager to learn, focused, dedicated and open-minded.

Proficiency in English and German is a must.
You need a basic level of PC, internet skills and have a good capacity to learn. Any technical abilities are a plus but you will receive extensive training.
An interest in books is appreciated.
You need to be able to focus for sustained periods of time and pay attention to a lot of details.
Be flexible, adaptable to a dynamic environment, responsible, able to work in a proactive manner, able to make fast, non-assisted decisions, highly communicative, organized, able to organize, monitor and follow-up on projects.
Be open to growing into new responsibilities and learning new things.

This full time job consists in attending to existing and potential customers for our books and is regularly aiming to contribute to the smooth running of the e-commerce operation.
You will be responsible for the Customer Support, account performance and sales monitoring for one of our accounts.
The contact with our customers will be carried on mostly by email, with no restrictions on auxiliary material, such as dictionaries.
You will closely work with the Technical Department and the Shipping Department on the various issues that impact the management of your account.
All operations will be facilitated by our internal software and all newcomers will receive proper training in order become accustomed to the technical system tools.
