Customer support assistant

- The person we are looking for must be fluent in English; knowledge in MS Office and Internet use is required

-This full time job consists in attending to existing and potential customers for our books and is regularly aiming to contribute to the smooth running of the e-commerce operation.
- You will need to closely monitor the order flows, to make buying decisions, to analyze the results, deal with shipping scenarios and solve issues based on feedback
- The contact with our suppliers will be carried on mostly by email, with no restrictions on auxiliary material, such as dictionaries.
- You will be responsible for the orders that you have placed with our distributors and you have to solve any issues that may occur
- You will be part of a team and you will work closely with our customer support representatives, answer their requests promptly and give them the relevant information regarding orders
- All operations will be facilitated by our internal software and all newcomers will receive proper training in order become accustomed to the technical system tools.
- This is an entry level position with fast growing possibility for future positions in the company as: customer support representative, volume buying agent, account manager and competition research analyst.
