CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English. German or French would be a plus!
BS degree in Foreign Languages or 3+ years experience in call service industry.
Familiar with semiconductor business a plus!
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Windows applications in Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint/ Access.
Self-starter, detail oriented, and positive attitude.
Hours must be flexible to accommodate communication with European/overseas team members! |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Manage and exceed customer expectations through the microchipDIRECT sales channel.
Answers phone and e-mail requests for site guidance support, order support, change requests to orders, RMA’s and other questions that may arise from customers ordering via www.microchipDIRECT.com
Assist microchipDIRECT customers as necessary to maintain and win business for the Company.
Act as a liaison between customers and the factory.
Gather, summarize, and share sales-related information to the microchipDIRECT and others within the Microchip organization!

Microchip opened the R&D Center located in Bucharest in April 2006 and has been constantly expanding it.
The center deals with new product design and applications development for microcontrollers, analog and memory circuits.
The center was officially inaugurated by STEVE SANGHI,Microchip President & CEO, on April 17th.
