Customer Service Representative English and Spanish, Afternoon Shift

The ideal candidate has excellent written and spoken English and Spanish communication skills.
The ideal candidate has a warm and friendly communication style when speaking on the telephone.
It is a highly structured environment - there are rules and procedures for how to handle each call. You will need to learn those procedures and follow the rules.

A Yardi Call Center member has to:

The job requires communicating with apartment residents in the United States. The customer service agent may help residents with service requests, inquiries about the rent, and other problems. Communication may be by telephone or it may be by chat.
