| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
High proficiency on German, both written & spoken
At least an intermediate level of English, both written and spoken;
University graduate;
Computer proficiency;
Quick-minded, adaptable, results & client centered;
Strong commitment to the quality of deliverables;
Previous client service / insurance background are an important plus.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsibilities:
To ensure the timely collection and allocation of money due from premium and claims;
To collect outstanding money in a timely manner;
To take ownership for raising and solving queries related to the broker account;
To raise payments for the money due to 3rd parties (Brokers, Insurance Companies, etc);
To ensure accurate processing of all tasks in order to keep a high quality analysis regarding receivables;
To accomplish all tasks in accordance with the internal norms & procedures;
To ensure that all KPIs are constantly met.
