| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements:
- Technical University / Economic degree
- at least 5 years of working experience in sales with at least 3 in managerial position, preferably metal trading;
- a business network within targeted markets (cable and motors producers) would be an additional asset
- Very good customer management skills, self motivated and driven to attain the targets
- Management & organizational skills, able to communicate effectively at any levels of the organization
- Available for extensive travel
- Very good MS Office computer skills
- Advanced English

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Job description:
Ensure close relationship with customers and provide the necessary support in all their requests, coordinate and interface with the business units and technical staff in the plants and headquarters.
Increase the sales to our existing customer base, identify new emerging markets and customers and drive appropriate strategies in the region to extend market share and profitability.
Provide market input to determine appropriate pricing, make periodic billings and booking forecasts, collect orders and manage accounts.
