| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- strong demonstrated experience within a similar role, a mature approach and the ability to work at a senior level; Minim 2 years experience in a similar position;
- University Degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Responsible, organized, efficient and flexible person;
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office;
- Excellent Communication Skills - both written and spoken;
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Receives & refers phone/e-mail inquiries;
- Communicates with customers/partners; answers questions to inquiries and/or direct them to the appropriate resource;
- Organizes GM's agenda;
- Organizes and maintains the filing system;
- Provides administrative support; organizes travel arrangements, appointments & events;
- Prepares reports & presentation materials; coordination of executive meetings and document preparation
- Translates and types different internal documents, reports, contracts, memos;
- other suport tasks
