Payroll administration function:
- responsible for the reconciliations and controls necessary to run timely and accurate payrolls for Cummins Romania.
- provide back up to the other payroll administrator in Craiova to ensure cover during holiday and other absences
- to ensure that all OS data is input correctly into the Payroll system and appropriate controls adhered to
- complete all national insurance filings and unemployment declarations, on-line and manually and employee certificates
- provide calculations for voucher tickets.
- responsible for the reconciliations and controls necessary to run a timely and accurate payroll.

UK payroll reconciliation function :
- to ensure all data is received from each payroll/entity each pay period, if not escalate to UK Process Owner.
- to ensure all payroll pre-transmission data is received from the Payroll Provider, if not escalate to UK Process Owner.
- complete analysis/compare of data submitted by entity against payroll output from Payroll Provider.
- provide detailed analysis to each entity (and UK Process Owner) within pre-transmission turnaround time of results of compare – this will include giving details of the differences per element on the payroll.
