Accounting Manager

To perform the job successfully, the ideal candidate will have the following qualifications/requirements:
• University degree in Economics
• 4 to 5 years experience in finance and administration (preferably in an industrial or trading company)
• Successful preparation of annual financial statements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Romanian
• Able to work independently and take responsibility
• Proactive and problem solving attitude
• Good team player

More specifically the person will:
• Manage all accounting activities coordinating a team of 2 accountants
• Prepare month end close and financial statements
• Send regularly reports to Regional Center
• Prepare annual budget and forecasts
• Communicate with external partners and authorities
