Technical support Engineer

Communicates well in an virtual team environment; Dedicated for providing technical information;
Very good analytical skills;
Eagerness to learn and achieve new skills; Customer care;
Strong working knowledge of English is mandatory; French is a plus;
Knowledge of HTTP, mail routing & security; Knowledge of Single Sign On Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking;
Knowledge of LDAP is a plus;
Knowledge of platforms: Unix, Linux, Citrix, AIX is a plus

Keep up with new product releases and update his skills accordingly;
Maintaining highest customer satisfaction;
Analyse customer problems related to the product used;
Effectively search through multiple forums and internal knowledge bases to determine possible resolutions to threads/issues;
Respond to the customer questions, providing timely resolutions to the encountered issues; Consult the team and share technical information
