- meticulosity and order

- very good Microsoft Office knowledge
- technical knowledge about computers, internet, networks and related subjects (CCNA is considered as an advantage.)
- English language (medium level)
- a second international language (Spanish,Italian,German,French) is considered as an advantage.
- good knowledge of Internet Explorer, Outlook Express, MS Office.
