CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

NECESSARY OR REQUIRED SKILLS:
* High School diploma or equivalent.
* Excellent communications and customer service skills required.
* Typing of 35 wpm.
* Working knowledge of Windows & Linux
* Basic understanding of computer cabling and installation, as well as a basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook Express and email settings.
* Stable work history preferred.


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

24/7 CALL CENTER ENVIRONMENT
* ROTATING SHIFTS
* MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK LATE EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS AS A REGULAR WORK SCHEDULE.
* TROUBLESHOOTING SKILLS FOR INTERNET CONNECTION AND VOIP PHONE CONNECTION.
* MUST HAVE PRIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.

The purpose of this position is to serve existing customers and prospective customers by providing technical support for both our High Speed Data & Telecom services, selling services, making changes in service and account information.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
1) Answering incoming calls, providing quality customer service using Windows based computer for entering work orders, customer account information and handling billing inquiries, customer complaints, while providing problem resolution.
2) Provide technical phone support for our High Speed Data & Teelcom services, diagnosis and resolution of software/hardware problems.
3) Overtime as required.
4) Must be flexible in working shifts to accommodate 24 x 7 operation.
5) Other duties as assigned.


DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:

This position requires attendance at work of at least 97% of the scheduled work time and excellent punctuality at work and meetings. Only qualified candidates may apply.
