Candidates should indicate and be able to demonstrate the depth and breadth of experience (At least two years) that they have in each of the specified areas.

You will
• Have a degree in Economis-Finances
• Be a person who enjoys a challenging, fast moving environment and is flexible to change.
• Have excellent time management skills and be very comfortable working in a highly team oriented environment.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and management
• Have strong verbal and written skills in english (other languages are a plus)
• Strong analytical ability, with a willingness to take personal responsibility for decision-making. The ability to bring clarity and vision to client discussions.
• The ability to motivate others through personal persuasiveness and presentation expertise
• The commitment and self motivation to maintain a consistent mental and physical effort focused on achieving results
• A natural authority, but with a likeable and engaging personality
• Is committed to quality and integrity in all aspects of service delivery

The CANDIDATE RESPONSABILITIES:
The primary mandate of this practice area is to :
• Be able to perform the following activities:
-Project experience (finance role);
-Cost-benefit analysis/ feasibility studies/ business case development;
-Interact with clients in his specific area;

Responsibilities will include, but not limited, to:
• Leading engagement teams in meeting client expectations;
• Developing and implementing effective and innovation solutions to meet client needs;
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients;
• Aggressively market services to existing and prospective clients; and
• Leading proposal development opportunities.

Also, the future employee has to be
• able to demonstrate a high degree of commercial awareness and an ability to quickly identify and understand the systems, processes and risks relevant to client and their business goals.
• Highly motivated and interested in taking the initiative for his own personal growth and development.

All consultants will have delivery and business targets.
