CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
NEDCON MARITIME is looking to employ the following permanent staff for its Office in Constanta:
CREWING OPERATOR - code NMAR 05
- keeps correspondence with the Company’s clients, identifies and analyses the client’s workforce request
- identifies, elaborates and suggests personnel strategies, politics and procedures to support attaining the Company’s objectives
- interviews candidates – takes part in the recruitment, selection and orientation process of the new employees; instructs the accepted candidates before being sent to work locations
- responsible with the training and processing documents of all accepted candidates
- elaborates, files and keeps registrations up to the Company’s procedures
