CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
NEDCON MARITIME is looking to employ the following permanent staff for its Office in Constanta:
CREWING MANAGER - code NMAR 04
Applicants must have Maritime or Shipbuilding University Degree, good oral and written English skills, PC Operation knowledge (Word, Excel), self-confidence, integrity and honesty. Requirements:
- keeps correspondence with the Company’s clients, identifies and analyses the client’s workforce request
- identifies, elaborates and suggests personnel strategies, politics and procedures to support attaining the Company’s objectives; supports the managers for the Company’s growth
- takes part to the analysis meetings organized by the General Manager
- interviews candidates – takes part in the recruitment, selection and orientation process of the new employees; instructs the accepted candidates before being sent to work locations
- elaborates, files and keeps registrations up to the Company’s procedures
- identifies unconformities or unwilling situations and suggests corrective actions
