CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• Post-secondary education, at least 1 year related work experience in the IT.
• Good working knowledge of software applications and the microcomputer environment.
• Knowledge with MS Office family products; including Active Directory, Windows 2003, Exchange, Windows XP, and Microsoft SQL is a pre, , LAN/WAN is a pre.
• Hardware knowledge is a pre.
• Analytical and technical troubleshooting skills is a pre
• Able to prioritize tasks and adapt to change
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good interpersonal and organization skills
• Strong administrative and organizational capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Romanian.
• Pursue quality and continuous improvement.
• Willing to work in shifts and out off official work hours.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Monitoring of business systems and services on a 24 x 7 basis.
• Initiating and following remedial actions according to predefined operational procedures.
• Alerting superiors and specialists to initiate remedial actions.
• Executing predefined operational tasks.
• Registration of incoming Helpdesk Service Request.
• Act as Operator to complete prescheduled operational tasks.
• Acquisition and Invoice Administration
• Peripherals Asset Registration and Administration of Assets in Configuration database.
