CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University Degree (Economic studies);
- Previous experience banking system;
- Previous experience in selling SMEs products would be a plus;
- Good command of English;
- Customer and results oriented, negotiation skills, ability to complete all administrative tasks involved in the CRM. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Represents the Branch image in the relation with the clients - SMEs;
- Increases the sales of Branch retail products for the SMEs;
- Establish the first contact with the clients and plans specific future activities;
- Maintains a good relation with the existing clients and makes cross selling for the new products;
- Knows all the characteristics of Finansbank products and competitors ones and make suggestions for range improvement of Finansbank products. |
