CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University graduate;
- Experience in banking with a good understanding of banking processes is a must; exposure to operational risk management, audit and/or control is a significant asset;
- Knowledge of banking accounting, Statistics and Basel principles & regulations are valuable assets;
- Fully developed personal profile in order to be able to interact with people across the bank;
- Motivated person with interpersonal skills and team spirit;

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Role:
Identify, assess, monitor and control risks and provide internal decision makers with accurate, complete, relevant and updated risk management information to be used in daily business decisions;
Increase personnel's risk management awareness and support the application of risk management across organization;
Handle regulatory and internal reports in a timely manner;
Act in a professional manner, as a reliable and reputable resource in respect of risk management matters.
Responsabilities:
- Build, improve, manage and test risk management tools, reports, databases, processes and procedures (e.g. operational risk data collection & management, assessment scorecards) with focus on reporting quantitative data to qualitative-oriented senior executives;
- Perform operational risk analyses;
- Develop operational risk scenarios;
- Track operational risk issues and liaise with heads of business, control and audit units to follow up outstanding matters, with a proper audit trail;
- Involvement in ICAAP, BCM and DRP development. |
