Junior Specialist Settlement

Minimum 1year of related work experience in accounting/analysis, or clearing & settlement issues required;
Working knowledge of MasterCard/Visa rules/regulations;
Ability to use business mathematics;
Well honed leadership and project management skills, including detail orientation and follow through experience managing the customer relationship;
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to assess the satisfaction levels and needs of credit and debit card customers;
Outstanding communication abilities, including superior written, verbal and formal presentation skills;
Ability to work in team environments;
Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to interact on a variety of personal and professional levels;
Ability to multi-task in a fast environment;
Perfect knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) programs;
Good knowledge of English speaking, writing and reading.

Clearing Tasks Performed together with the IT Department; Outgoing Files generation, Incoming file processing / preparation in order to be imported in accountancy, file transfer to and from Visa and MasterCard, check-up of files for various purposes (reconciliation);
Management of the clearing and accounting modules of Card System; Clearing and Settlement Module Parameterization, definition of service codes, transaction types and accounting entries into the accounting module from Card System,
Generates and imports accounting files;
Accountancy (settlement) for operations with cards under International Cards Organizations logo; Reconciliation of Head Office Nostro Accounts and of transitory accounts, respectively correction accounting entries;
Relationship with Visa and MasterCard International.
