Junior Specialist ATM

Minimum 1year of related work experience in ATM operations/analysis, or ATM project issues required;
Working knowledge of MasterCard/Visa rules/regulations;
Well honed leadership and project management skills, including detail orientation and follow through experience managing the customer relationship;
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to assess the satisfaction levels and needs of credit and debit card customers;
Outstanding communication abilities, including superior written, verbal and formal presentation skills;
Ability to work in team environments;
Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to interact on a variety of personal and professional levels;
Ability to multi-task in a fast environment;
Perfect knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) programs;
Good knowledge of English speaking, writing and reading;
Suitable for travel in all of the country.

ATM monitoring;
Relationship and support of the branches regarding the installations and operations of the ATMs in branches or offside;
Relationship with the ATM providers, ensuring the necessary ATM stocks;
Relationship with IT Team regarding the ATMs installation;
Solving the problems occurred in the ATM network, ensuring support to the related departments involved within the solving the problems;
Daily/weekly/monthly reports requested by the management;
Visiting branches in all of the country;
Visiting and reporting new off side ATM places in all of the country.
