CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
High school or university degree graduate, good communication skills, good knowledge of written and spoken English, optimistic person, results oriented and with a positive attitude, with motivation for work, good PC skills (Word, Excel). Able to work from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Answers politely to all incoming calls and provides information / assistance or routes the caller to the appropiate person;
Sends faxes, e-mails, and mail;
Distributes incoming correspondence;
May assist managers by composing or typing various documents (letters, faxes, contracts, etc.) by using word processing software |
