Logistics Systems Analist

- University degree (will be an advantage IT - Economics related (preferably ASE))
- 1-2 years experience in programming & data analysis;
- Microsoft Office Computer skills (Excel & Access focused);
- Programming in VB, VBA, SQL
- Basic knowledge of accounting;
- Technical knowledge of Logistics in a fast moving consumer goods company (will be an advantage);
- Planning and Organizational skills;
- Analytical skills;
- Result orientated;
- Positive attitude;
- Ability to solve problems and take initiative;
- Proficiency in English

Fully responsible for creating/maintaining logistics and finance related reports and applications using SCALA, VB, SQL, Access and Excel.

List the key responsibilities:

1. Data analysis & reports/applications design
2. Systems maintenance for Warehouse management system and logistics data base & applications(e.g. Manugistics, Forecasting, etc.)
3. Create new categories in Files ( e.g. new suppliers, customers, products, categories, projects, etc.), checking accuracy of stock transactions/updating ledgers
4. Increase accuracy of system's data by analyzing daily procedures through collaboration with other departments (IT, Marketing, Financial, Sales)
5. Working together with IT and Finance dept. for ensuring compatibillity between new or existing data bases & applications & ledgers
6. Creating and updating the documentation and procedures regarding databases, aplications, reports & systems related to this activity
