AREA SALES SUPERVISOR

Requirements:
- university degree
- at least 2 years of experience in sales distribution, preferably in FMCG field in a similar position (experience in cosmetics is an asset)
- strong awarness of the business with local key accounts and retail stores
- able to motivate and supervise a sales team
- clean driving license
- motivated person, with a positive attitude, results oriented and cost consciousness
- able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- good PC skills - Excel, Word, Power Point
- knowledge of English (written and spoken) would be an advantage

Responsibilities:
- organize, plan and control all sales activities of the sales team;
- accomplish the objectives stated in the sales plan by efficiently managing the business with local key accounts and retail stores
- manage, develop and maintain open communication and lucrative relationship with local key accounts and retail stores
- propose contractual terms for local key accounts and retail stores and discuss them with the Area Manager for Bucharest
- actively participate in the recruitment process of the sales team
- reports to Bucharest Area Manager
