| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• University degree in Electronics/Telecommunications/Computer Science (or related fields);
• At least 1 year experience in GSM RF Planning or GSM RF Optimization;
• Working knowledge of RF Planning Tools, Statistics Tools, Drive Test (TEMS/NEMO), ACTIX Analyzer;
•Availability for business travel (up to 50%);
• Strong communication skills and teamwork;
• Excellent computer skills (MS Windows, Excel, Word, Access beneficial);
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written);
• Clean driving license (more than 1 year). |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Quality of Service Optimization in the designated area;
• KPI Analysis;
• Field Measurements and Analysis;
• Site Visits;
• Antenna parameters optimization;
• Creates Optimization reports and evaluations.
