PABX Engineer

•University degree, diploma in Telecommunication, Electronics, Automation or related fields;
•Clean driving license (more than 1 year) – B category;
•Ericsson, Siemens, Nortel Technical Certifications for PBX is a plus;
•Structured voice-data network installation Certification is a plus;
•At least 3-5 years in the similar position;
•Experience in installation, programming and administration of the PBX and IVR;
•Experience in installation of the structured voice-data network;
•Experience in signaling protocols (ISDN, SS7, etc.);
•English language: advanced level;
•Customer focus;
•Good verbal and written communication skills;
•Ability to meet multitask and work individually and or in teams, with or without supervision;
•Excellent problem solving skills.

•To design, make the draft for order, install program, administrate, optimize the COSMOTE’s voice equipments (PBX, IVR, etc.);
•To install, program and administrate the equipments and applications connected to the COSMOTE’s voice network;
•To participate to the implementation of the technical solution regarding the PBX, IVR and their applications;
•To develop and test the applications for the computer -telephony integration;
•To monitor, statistics, initiate corrective and optimization action.
