IT Operator

• At least High-School education in informatics;
• Proven experience in IT area and related experience in a similar position ( would be a plus);
• Basic knowledge of MS Windows XP, MS Office, email environment (Outlook);
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
• Detail orientation and analytical thinking;
• Able to follow instructions and to respect deadlines;
• English - medium level.

• To execute the operational tasks (daily or scheduled) accordingly to Standard Operational
Procedures;
a. Send specific Work-Orders to IS Operations Greece in order to accomplish business needs with repetitive occurrence, like: exchange-rate, ticklers, etc.
b. Send email notifications to IS Operations Greece in order to accomplish business needs with repetitive occurrence, like: loading IMODE productions, transferring invoice SMS files, etc.
• To import files on ERP system application;
• To assure the continuity of the entire work-flow process regarding invoice files from Cosmote customers;
• To monitor permanently some applications and systems activity of IT Division accordingly to Standard Operational Procedures;
• To contribute for the final form of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
• To run the production environment (daily tasks, back-up, etc.) according to schedules and to produce status reports for executed processes if is the case;
• If is the case, to diagnose and fix and/or escalate problems occurred on daily activity, in accordance with existing Standard Operational Procedures and internal workflow processes.
