Direct Sales Specialist - Targu Mures

•Minimum high-school graduate;
•Long-term experience in the field of sale, preferable in Mobile Telephony, Insurance, FMCG area (2-3 years);
•Thorough professional knowledge of the products & services offered, market and related issues;
•Microsoft Office;
•Good command of English;
•Clean driving license-B category (more than 1 year);
•Communication skills with internal and external clients;
•Presentation and negotiation skills;
•Planning, organizing and setting priorities skills;
•Ability to work under pressure, to respect dead-lines and to fulfill correctly the work duties.

•Promotes and sales the company products and services within the assigned area or to special group of customers through making use of in-depth knowledge of the products so to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives;
•Identifies customer needs and formulate appropriate solutions;
•Identifies new accounts to whom to promote and to sell company’s products and services;
•Prepare reports on sales results, contracts within the established frame and proposals so to ensure a successful outcome of the transactions;
•Ensures a professional presentation of the products & services of the company;
•Maintains very good and close relationships, professional based, with all the allocated accounts.
