CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

- University degree (Economics, preferably Accounting);
- Good knowledge of the supplier accounting and of the accounting principles;
- 1-3 years experience in accounting;
- Good knowledge of English – written and verbal;
- Good level of computer literacy in PC applications;
- Is able to adapt to change, to remain focused and to deliver results;
- Organises own work in an efficient manner;
- Is able to work well in teams and integrates in the team;
- Communicates effectively with clients and colleagues;
- Is able to work on a certain number of clients in the same time and prioritises the work.


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

- Ensures the completeness and accuracy of the accounting documents, reviews / prepares them according to local compliance regulations;
- Books all journal entries and accounting documents into the general ledger for allocated clients (depreciation, prepayments, re-evaluations);
- Prepares the balance sheet and income statements and various other accounting statements and reports required by the client;
- Reviews and checks the accuracy of journal vouchers, payroll records, sales and purchase ledgers;
- Prepares on a monthly basis supporting analyses of all balance sheet accounts;
- Prepares the monthly tax returns;
- Specialises in financial accounting: including the preparation of statutory accounts with notes and financial reporting;
- Prepares accounts in accordance with Romanian Accounting Standards;
- Keeps senior staff informed over the status of the jobs by informing on conflicting priorities, on the progress of assigned tasks or asking for assistance if problems arise;
- Works in compliance with all internal procedures and related standards of work;
- Manages relationship with clients and relevant bodies by telephone, emails, meetings;
- Drafts letters to clients concerning financial statements, in accordance with the company’s internal standards;
- Ensures appropriate training for staff under supervision.
