CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Bachelor or higer degree in administration of costomer contract, international trade, business adm. or related commerce discipline;
Three years or more experiences with customer contract administration & reviewing or related fields;
Good Supervision of contract implementation;

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Coordination the borrow contract off setting process (the off set mode, the estimated off set date, the un - off set reasons, the order closing, the differences between local recording & the HQ system registrations)
Participating in various meetings and discussions regarding major projects latest status
Monitoring and up-dating the PBC for all Romania sales contracts
To administrate the fulfillment of customer contract and to be respensable for the on-time delivery of contract cargo ;
To supervise and coordinate the implementation progress rate of customer contract ( including the progress rate of site survey, production ad stock -up, consignment, transportation etc. );
To inform the implementation state of customer contract and communicate with sales persons, customers and producing departments for emergencies;
To adjust the implementation state of customer contract if necessary;
To make customer contract plan and to make the first promise of contract lead time. |
