| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
In this position your tasks will be:
To organize, process and control all incoming information to the office
To organize meetings, workshops, and other events in order to ensure the smooth running of the events from administrative point of view
Ensures that office callers and visitors are courteously greeted and referred to the proper persons or answers their inquiries in the absence of the manager, if possible
To edit presentations for the management in a convincing, clearly structured manner
Handle sensitive and delicate public information with the impact overall company with high degree of firmness and cordiality
