TRAVEL MANAGER

- Strong, disciplined, entrepreneurial, energetic, focused, persuasive, able to think out of the box
- A high caliber individual with a background in the Travel insurance or travel industries
- Education: preferably University background – for the right candidate this would not be a necessity
- Experience of staff management
- Experience of responsibility for a P&L
- A track record in Sales/Development

- Manage strategic planning and General Operating Expense (GOE) budgets for the travel business in Romania
- Support and maximize the existing CECIS wins
- Develop and implement the travel insurance business in Romania
- Maximise the effective utilization of the travel staff
- Responsibility for budget achievement in all key performance indicators including premium growth, profitability and expenses
- Ensure the correct implementation and monitoring of travel business
- Maximise cross sell opportunities using the minor line distribution available to us in Direct marketing
- Closely manage customer relationships
