Customer Solutions Representative (Bulgaria)

• Fluency in Hungarian and English
• Computer and Keyboard Skills
• Good analytical skills and technical knowledge
• Excellent customer handling skills
• Experience in a multinational environment is a plus

• Answers telephone calls and deal with them promptly, efficiently and with empathy to ensure a positive experience for our customers
• Validates customer service entitlements
• Provides hardware and software telephone support with a goal to meet set targets consistently
• Assumes responsibility and ownership for all relevant customer queries
• Escalates calls that cannot be resolved locally, as appropriate
• Obtains accurate customer details and amend call-handling system when applicable
• Positively manages internal relationships
• Contributes positively towards the achievement of performance targets in all aspects of the team’s activities
• Uses and improves knowledge base through feedback
• Ensures through team work that all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met consistently
