EXPERIENCE:
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience of handling direct customer contact

Responsible for researching, investigating and working with Distributors, Distributors’ uplines, European management, to investigate ethical and Sales and Marketing Plan violations.
To help with the administration and coordination of the local processes connected to the Distributor Services activities. To be a point of contact for Distributors, ensuring the service to the agreed performance targets on a day to day basis in line with corporate values and departmental goals. To assure that all potential issues are highlighted to the Distributor Services Department.
