CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University graduate
- Al least 3 years experience in Compensation & Bennefits(experience in a multinational company is a plus)
- Experience in Performance Assessment and Payroll is a plus
- Open Minded, proactive, customer-oriented people, consultant profile
- Very good communication Skills, Sales Skills and Persistence.
- English proficiency and PC skills
- Willingness to develop and grow into the company

- Developing the business;
- Providing a very high level of customer care and satisfaction;
- Maintaining and developing new business relationships with partners and customers;
